Message from Sue Moller, Candidate for Hempstead Town Council:
The hardworking taxpayers in the Town of Hempstead deserve a government that is chosen in a voting booth, not in a back room by Supervisor Santino and his Republican good old boys club.
Legislator Dennis Dunne is abandoning his constituents from Nassau County to be appointed to the Town of Hempstead Town Board this Tuesday night. Voters in District 6 have no say in who will represent them by this back room deal by Santino and his buddies. We need to let them know that this is not OK. Please join me in coming to the Town Board meeting this Tuesday at 7pm.
